Mark Childs
EVP, Head of Mid-Market Enterprise
Mark Childs joined the organization in November 2024 to lead the Mid-Market Enterprise business. He brings over 35 years of experience in the advisory and managed services industries. He spent two-thirds of his career at Accenture and Genpact combined, where he held a variety of P&L leadership roles focused on driving digital transformation, cost restructuring and revenue growth for clients across multiple industries.
Mark has deep domain expertise across multiple enterprise functions including Finance, Procurement and HR along with the Front Office functions of Sales, Revenue Operations and Customer Success. He has vast industry experience including Consumer Products & Retail, Life Sciences & Healthcare, Manufacturing, Hospitality & Entertainment and Technology (Hardware, Software and Digital Platforms).
Mark began his career at a start-up, Creditek, that pioneered the concept of outsourcing enterprise financial processes to a third party. During his tenure he helped develop a unique software platform to manage financial data and drive revenue dilution insights to the CFO’s office. Creditek and the software platform were acquired by Genpact in 2005.
Mark holds a BS in Engineering from Cornell University.
