Nate Medoff

Chief Executive Officer

Nate joined Quatrro in 2023 as part of the acquisition of ContinuServe, where he was the Managing Director and Co-Founder. He assumed the role of Quatrro’s Chief Executive Officer in April 2024. Nate brings over 25 years of experience in the outsourcing and managed services industry to Quatrro, with a focus on finance and accounting business processes and systems. He is a recognized expert in building and leading technology-enabled service companies, and has a long track record of helping Fortune 2000 organizations develop and implement back-office service improvement, automation, and cost reduction strategies.

During his 20+ years at ContinuServe, Nate and his co-founding partner created tailored technology and business process outsourcing solutions for private equity-backed, mid-market enterprises. As a leader, Nate has built and promoted a culture that drives accountability, growth, and professional development for employees which, in turn, creates an unwavering commitment to client service.

Prior to starting ContinuServe, Nate was a founding member of Surebridge, and prior to that worked in both finance and IT. He holds a BA in Economics from Haverford College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Mandeep Singh

Chief Operating Officer

Mandeep is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by profession, and also briefly studied Law at Delhi University. He is a certified six sigma Green Belt and has mentored multiple Black Belt Projects.

Mandeep brings over 28 years of extensive experience leading the shared services BPO functions of multi-billion dollar global organizations across various industries in a senior leadership role. Additionally, he has also helped build organizations from the start-up phase. He has spent the majority of his career building the shared services and transforming the technology and processes of leading organizations such as GE Capital International Services (GECIS) later renamed to Genpact, Eaton Corporation, Essar Corporation (Aegis), Lafarge Holcim Corporation, and Metro Cash and Carry Germany. In his last engagement with Absotherm Group he has driven the group business strategy to expand business in India and globally.

Beyond his experience in the field, Mandeep is also effective at persuading and influencing high-ranking individuals. His opinions are highly valued across the world. He has contributed significantly to changing an organization’s behavior to focus more on customer centricity and adding value to customers through continuous process improvements.

David Ford

EVP – Global Human Resources

David leads the global HR department for us and is responsible for the strategy and integration of all HR related activities for this division. With over 30 years of expansive experience, he is a sure bet of skill in every aspect of HR. He is actively involved in positioning the human resources department as a strategic and creative business partner for the entire organization so as to enhance the overall performance of the company. He previously worked as the Sales and Human Resources Manager at national recruitment firms, namely, Dunhill Systems and Aerotek. A people champion, he addresses the business with a holistic and comprehensive approach.

Yogesh Kothari

Chief Financial Officer

A Chartered Accountant and certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Yogesh comes with 20+ years of experience in the nuances of accounting – financial process and business analytics, process transition and stabilization. He has diverse experience across all facets of finance covering accounting, strategic planning, financial analysis and reporting, cost management and pricing, audits and internal controls. He also has a rich experience in setting up the shared service center and managing transitioning of processes from various geographies to our shared services center. Accurate and with a great attention to detail, he previously worked with Citi Bank N.A in Treasury back office.

Paul Trulik

SVP – Global NFP Division

Paul Trulik has had a successful career in many finance and executive leadership positions in the for-profit and non-profit sector. In 2001, he became the CFO of Detroit Renaissance where he led not only the administrative functions but also key programmatic areas for the non-profit organization. Having a passion for both community impact and entrepreneurship, in 2010, Paul launched Apparatus Solutions to provide accounting, finance and talent development services exclusively for impact organizations. As the founder and visionary of Apparatus, Paul and his team have used their extensive experience to provide numerous long-term and strategic projects for well over 100 non-profit organizations.

In efforts to extend the reach of their positive impact for non-profits, in May of 2022, Paul completed a successful sale of Apparatus Solutions to Quatrro Business Support Services, a national leader in Accounting, HR and Technology services. Paul continued on with the joint organization in a key leadership role and today serves as the Sr. Vice President of NFP globally at Quatrro.

Paul continues to remain active in the non-profit community, even outside his professional life, with both large and small organizations. He serves as the Treasurer of Invest Detroit, Assistant Treasurer of M-1 Rail, and board member of both the Walsh College Foundation and Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan. Paul also serves on a number of audit, finance and advisory committees.

Lisa Sharp

SVP – Retail Accounting

With over 25 years of experience in the Retail/Restaurant industry, Lisa still enjoys staying abreast of any changes and opportunities impacting the industry so our clients don’t have to. Professionally, she thrives on the challenge of identifying and solving problems, consulting on accounting for retail and restaurant operators, and listening to the concerns of business operators. Her ability to communicate effectively, and her demonstrated ability to drive and deliver results in dynamic environments makes her a value-add team player.

Christopher Egger

SVP – NFP Strategy, Growth and Engagement

Christopher Egger is an accomplished business executive and DEI advocate in the business process outsourcing industry. His career focuses on nonprofit operations, technology, human resources, and financial management with extensive experience developing long-term financial health and compliance for numerous organizations.

Currently, Mr. Egger serves as Senior Vice President of Strategy, Engagement, and Growth at Quatrro Business Support Services where he leads business development and strategy and delivery design, serving multiple nonprofit organizations in cumulative revenues exceeding $450M.

Prior to its acquisition by Quatrro Business Support Services, Christopher served as President and CEO of EAB Solutions, an LGBT Certified Enterprise delivering back-office services to nonprofits in greater Chicagoland.

Outside of the office, he volunteers as a mentor at YNPN Chicago’s Leadership Institute Program and serves as Treasurer of Forward Momentum Chicago – a local youth, dance education organization and Treasurer of the LGBT Chamber of Commerce Illinois – a statewide, economic advocacy organization.

Robin Hau

EVP - Managed IT Services

As founder of USWired, an IT services provider and wholly-owned subsidiary of Quatrro Business Support Services, Robin has been responsible for the overall strategy and vision for USWired, with over 20 years of experience building and providing technology products and services. Under Robin’s leadership, USWired was named multiple times to the Inc. 5000 list as one of America’s fastest-growing private companies as well as the CRN MSP 500 and MSP 501 lists as one of the most elite managed service providers worldwide, along with many other industry accolades. Earlier in his career, Robin held a number of senior product management roles at Borland, Claris, and Adobe, where he was responsible for product, sales, and marketing strategies for a number of successful multi-million dollar product lines.

With an overall professional experience of 34 years and with 18 years of it in the IT/ITES domain, Manoj is a treasure trove of proven expertise. He has worked with leaders such as Wipro and Mphasis (an HP company), managing diverse teams and processes. He plays a pivotal role in the company with key strengths spanning across business process outsourcing, transitions, process and SLA management, maximizing performance, productivity and quality, client retention and relationship, business process improvement, financial management (strengthening bottom-lines). He has a natural talent to understand the nuances of technologies while also driving the best out of the people he works with.

Kristen Flasch

VP – Marketing and Sales Support

A strategic thinker and dynamic communicator with a process mind-set, Kristen has over 20 years of experience in impacting effectiveness. She is responsible for supporting the organization from demand generation and lead generation through the entire sales lifecycle. Having been with us for over 16 years she has also donned many hats during her tenure here including Business Analyst, IT Application Specialist and Project Manager, Corporate Project Manager and Head of US Operations. She previously worked at Accenture where she specialized in process workflow and documentation and insurance risk management profiles. Flexible yet firm, she is a team motivator and self-starter. Her most recent external accomplishment is the attainment of a certificate in Digital Marketing Strategies from Kellogg Executive Education.
