Purpose of the Job:

Reviewing invoices, Batch posting in to GP, Vendor maintenance, Query resolution, Statement research, Utility Research, Duplicate research, GL accounting based on client history, client coordination and emails

Key Requirements:

1. Periodically assigned tasks: Review Missing attachments, Error analysis Online PMT, etc.
2. Impart training on the Preparation & Review.
3. Monitoring the timely execution of AP deliverables.
4. Should be a part of new client setup, migration, and Transition.
5. Coordinating with third parties for work allocation and deliverables.
6. Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting (BCOM/MCOM). Preferred: 4+ years of P2P experience.
7. Desirable: Accounting Background, good at working in a team or independently, strong communication skills, and basic computer
