Nitin joined Quatrro in 2023 as part of the acquisition of ContinuServe, where he served as Chief Technology Officer. He took on the role of Quatrro Business Support Service’s Chief Technology Officer in April 2024. Nitin brings over 25 years of experience in the IT and business services industry.

During his 15+ years at ContinuServe, Nitin has held had various roles, including serving as Head of India Operations with responsibilities including managing the delivery, quality, and growth of services across the company. He holds multiple certifications in leadership communication and digital leadership and has hands-on expertise in architecting, designing, and leading projects that focus on automation through AI/ML, RPA, custom development, BI/Analytics, cloud infrastructure, and ERP solutions. As CTO, he was responsible for driving digital transformation for clients, leveraging emerging technologies and best practices to enhance their capabilities, propelling optimization, and delivering key business insights while ensuring customer satisfaction. Nitin works with a diverse and talented team of engineers, analysts, managers, and partners across various stakeholders and clients to align technology strategies with business goals and vision. He is passionate about innovation, excellence, and collaboration, aiming to create a culture of learning, agility, and empowerment within Quatrro.
